Terms of Trade

1. Services Provided

Arborist Marcus provides professional tree services including but not limited to:

• Tree removal and stump grinding
• Pruning and trimming
• Emergency tree services
• Tree health assessments

2. Quotes & Estimates

• All quotes are valid for 30 days
• Written quotes provided upon request
• Final price may vary if job scope changes

3. Payment Terms

• Payment due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash and bank transfers
• Late payments incur 2% monthly interest

4. Cancellation Policy

• 24 hours notice required for cancellations
• Same-day cancellations may incur 20% fee

5. Liability

• We carry $5M public liability insurance
• Not liable for pre-existing property damage
• Client responsible for underground services location

6. Complaints

Any complaints must be made in writing within 7 days of service completion.
